As in previous years, one of the attractions of our Geneva Conference is the ability to head off to Chamonix following the formal closing on Friday afternoon and spend the weekend skiing.  Hotel availability in Chamonix at such a popular time of the year appears to be relatively limited but for those that are able to book now, Keith Oliver who is chairing on Friday, has secured a reasonably priced reservation at the Hôtel Prieuré, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, 149 allée du Recteur Payot, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Haute-Savoie, 74400 France.  The hotel is a couple of miles from the centre of Chamonix but is well appointed.  Given that participants tend to ski in different areas for which transport is required, the hotel is well placed and taxis are readily available.  Of course individuals may choose to stay somewhere else and this is just an idea/recommendation.

If you plan on attending the post-conference ski trip, Please notify Keith’s PA Leonie Stevens ([email protected]) so that we have some idea of numbers
